What is a Last Will and Testament?
Your Last Will and Testament determines how your estate will be divided upon your death. Your Will also identifies the persons you choose to administer and distribute your estate upon your passing, and identifies your beneficiaries. Failing to execute a Last Will and Testament could result in your assets passing to individuals upon your death that you do not wish to receive inheritance, or passing to minors at an earlier age than you intended. Individuals that rely on their Will alone and do not utilize other estate planning techniques to compliment the Last Will and Testament, usually require probate proceedings upon their passing.
Easton Law will help you set up and structure your own Last Will and Testament.
